North Sea Resins® (NSR™) has developed a family of cure-on-command adhesive, filler and sealant products capable of curing in harsh environments.  Various formulations are available to meet specific application needs.  All NSR products cure underwater, in air, down to 28°F (-2°C), and as high as 104°F (40°C).

NSR150 and NSR250...What's the Difference?

NSR150 is intended for various substrate materials.  Its strength has been optimized for PVC, ABS, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic), Wood, Concrete, and Acrylic materials.  This medium viscosity material can be used to soak mesh material intended for use as strength enhancing wrap.  Independent test lab results have shown PVC pipe repairs capable of withstanding 800 psi.  Tests were conducted on resin cured in air and underwater. NSR150 resin has previously been approved by Underwriter Laboratories as NSF 61 Appproved for use on drinking water systems.

NSR250 resin is a  high viscosity material has been optimized for aluminum, steel, copper and brass.  As a high viscosity material, its consistency makes it well suited for vertical applications. Independent test lab results have shown aluminum pipe repairs capable of withstanding 800 psi.  Tests were conducted on resin cured in air and underwater.  NSR250 resins has previously been certified by Underwriters Laboratories as being compliant with NSF Standard 61 for use on Drinking Water Systems.
